Initial Training

The training takes place over a minimum of 3 days remotely (this will be spread out over the run up to opening your centre and includes

  • Brand overview and the market place
  • Laws and regulations
  • Setting up and running your business
  • Technical training
  • Recruitment of staff
  • The online booking system and other management systems
  • Sales and marketing
  • Administration, accounts, and reporting
  • Plus everything in the training tab above
  • Once your remote sessions are complete and you have a premises and the fit out is commencing you then get 5 days practical training for all staff employed before start up at our HQ in Hull (licenced for 50 dogs a day)
  • We will be on site during your licence inspection to help you get through it successfully
  • Our team will also be with you during your opening week for your first 5 days to help you get a flying start.
