Initial Training

The training takes place over a minimum of 3 days remotely (this will be spread out over the run up to opening your centre and includes

Brand overview and the market place
Laws and regulations
Setting up and running your business
Technical training
Recruitment of staff
The online booking system and other management systems
Sales and marketing
Administration, accounts, and reporting
Plus everything in the training tab above
Once your remote sessions are complete and you have a premises and the fit out is commencing you then get 5 days practical training for all staff employed before start up at our HQ in Hull (licenced for 50 dogs a day)
We will be on site during your licence inspection to help you get through it successfully
Our team will also be with you during your opening week for your first 5 days to help you get a flying start.
